Overview

Merrow is a website template for an AI customer support assistant. The copy deals with what buyers worry about: it answers from the help center, past tickets and policies, and hands the work over to your team when it isn't sure. The home page shows an inbox and a hand-off mock rather than abstract shapes.

It has three home pages (the main assistant, a voice product and a help-center embed), a product page, integrations, pricing, a journal in three layouts with a category and a post page, about, a team page and a member page, careers and a job page, a changelog, contact in three layouts, sign in, sign up, a protected page, coming soon, 404, start-here, a style guide and licences.

Type is Familjen Grotesk with Albert Sans and IBM Plex Mono. Product mocks (inbox, hand-off, job rows) are built as editable partials.

All of them. One purchase includes every format of the template, and you pick the one you want to download, now or any time later. Formats still in production arrive as free updates. Can I use Merrow for a client?

Yes. The personal licence covers one end product, which can be a client's site. For several sites or a team, see the team licence or Full Access.

What is a Fast launch?

Do I get updates?

What happens to the copy I tried?
