Before you use it
Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund it in full, as long as nothing from the purchase has been downloaded or used: no template, format, bonus file, copy-paste prompt, app export or Fast launch.
After you use it
Templates are digital content, delivered at once. The moment anything is downloaded or used, the purchase is final and cannot be refunded. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery and that this ends your right to cancel.
Try it first
Every template has a live demo, and you can see it with your own company name and copy before you buy.
Something broken
If a file does not work as shown, write to us and we will fix it.
Exclusive and custom work
Covered by the agreement we sign for that project.
How to ask
Write to hello@frontiertemplates.com with your order number, or reply to your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within five to ten working days.
